China Trek
For a country with the biggest population in the world China remains largely untouched by the West.

A beautiful country steeped in tradition, history and mythology. For those with a passion for culture and a sense of adventure China leaves an indelible mark on all who go there.
A trip of a lifetime as we trek the Great Wall, visit Beijing and discover China’s amazing cultural past!
Day 1:
Depart the UK
Day 2:
Arrive Beijing for our full trip briefing
Day 3:
Transfer to Huangyaguan where we commence our Trek on the Great Wall
Day 4:
Huangyaguan to Mountain Village – including Heavens Ladder a steep 200 step climb
Day 5:
Mountain Village to Jinshanling – Follow the contour of the hills along steep farmer’s tracks
Day 6:
Guebikou to Jinshanling -- Bus out to Guebikou then follow the wall back to Jinshanling passing remnants dating back to the Qing Dynasty
Day 7:
Jinshanling to Mutianyu -- stunning walk towards Simatai before transferring to our accommodation for the night
Day 8:
Mutianyu to Beijing – Our final walk along one of the most beautiful parts of the Great Wall after which we head back to Beijing for our celebration meal
Day 9:
Beijing -- Time to explore the city steeped in history and culture
